Adding a watermark

OVERVIEW

The printed watermark dialog box contains options you can use to customize the watermarks that are displayed in a document. You can specify the text and font appearance for a text watermark, and you can decide iof the watermarks run diagonally or horizontally.

 

PROCEDURE

Add a Text Watermark

  1. On the Page Layout tab, in the Page Background group, click Watermark.
  2. In the Watermark gallery, select one of the default watermarks, or click Custom Watermark.
  3. If you clicked Custom Watermark, in the Printed Wizard dialog box, select the Text Watermark option and, if desired,customize the watermark
  4. Click OK to insert the text watermark.
