Deleting a printer


You may have mistakenly added the wrong printer and hence need to remove it from the list of printer that your computer is connected to. 



To delete a specific printer follow the steps below:

  1. Go to Start
  2. Select Settings
  3. Select Printers and Faxes
  4. A box  will appear with a list of all the printers that your computer is connected to
  5. Select the printer you wish to delete, right click using your mouse and select Delete
  6. A confirmation message will appear asking “Are you sure you want to remove your connection to the printer on the server, printserver?”
  7. Select ‘Yes’ to delete the printer or ‘No’ to keep the printer in the list
